But she used to have cancer and apparently, she got it removed by surgery.

On October 5th, 2022, Elizabeth Jean Carroll announced that she was “alive and kicking” after the removal of cancer.
In a reply to the same Tweet, she posted a photo saying that the doctor removed the first layer of cancer and then went back in two more times.
