Jaclyn Jose was born Mary Jane Guck on 21 October 1964, in Angeles City, Pampanga.
The late actress was the second child of six children of her parents. Her mother, Rosalinda Santa Ana, was a zarzuela actress.
On the other hand, her father, whose name is not known, was an American serviceman stationed at the Clark Air Base.
Unfortunately, the Filipino artist’s mom and dad divorced when she was only four years old.
