According to the court records, an arrest warrant was issued on December 5, 2023. In a now-deleted YouTube video from September, he was seen exceeding 150 mph on I-25, maneuvering through traffic, weaving between lanes, and using the highway shoulder.
Dietzmann is sought for charges including menacing, participating in a speed contest, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, speeding over 40 mph above the limit, engaging in an exhibition of speed, and driving without license plates.
