What Happened To Matthew Muller? Case Update
Matthew Muller broke into Denise Huskins and Aaron Quinn’s house in Vallejo, San Francisco, on March 23, 2015.
After stalking Huskins and Quinn by surveilling their house with a drone, Muller trespassed on their property.
During the home invasion, Muller tied and drugged Huskins and Quinn. As he hindered them, he kidnapped Denise and took her to his mom’s cabin in South Lake Tahoe.
While hiding away at his mother’s, Matthew repeatedly sexually assaulted Denise. Later, Matthew was arrested, and on September 29, 2016, he pleaded guilty to one federal count of kidnapping.
On March 16, 2017, Muller was sentenced to 40 years in prison. Matthew is currently serving his prison sentence at FCI Tucson in Tucson, Arizona.
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate list, Muller won’t be released until July 2049. The case is in the media prominence after being featured on Netflix’s American Nightmare.
